Bowen Therapy

A favorite of anyone who has received it. The results speak for themselves. A very gentle but profound therapy that uses your bodies wisdom to heal. Bowen can be very helpful for people who have a hard time achieving full recovery from an injury or pain. Bowen helps the nervous system to flip from 3 F's (fight, flight, freeze state) When they body feels safe it will start to heal.

Bowen is a soft tissue therapy that is done through loose fitting clothing. Perfect to relax, help you get out of stuck patterns or just help with that nagging back or neck pain (any many others!).

Specialized jaw procedure available. Perfect for lock jaws, migraines, neck pain, hip issues and much more.

Sessions are spread apart by 7 days while the body resets its own patterns back to wellness. More then one session may be needed but generally not more than 5 unless you have a chronic condition. That is when other therapies provided might become useful to look at deeper reasons and to remove any blockages from the physical to the mental and emotional.
